To protect both our customers and our business, all online orders are subject to payment and identity verification.

By placing an order, the customer expressly authorizes Jayden Flowers to delay order fulfillment until all verification processes are completed.

Jayden Flowers reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation or verification

• Place orders on hold pending verification

• Cancel orders if verification cannot be completed

• Refuse service to customers with a history of fraudulent activity or chargebacks

Orders may be flagged as suspicious if they include, but are not limited to:

• A billing address that does not match the cardholder’s address

• High-value or bulk orders

• Multiple failed payment attempts

• Incomplete or inconsistent customer information

• Prior chargeback history

4. Identity Verification (In-Store Pickup)

For in-store pickup, customers must present:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

• The order number or proof of purchase

The name on the ID must match the name on the order and payment method.

If a third party will pick up the order, the customer must provide written authorization including the full legal name of the authorized individual.

Jayden Flowers reserves the right to refuse pickup if there is any discrepancy between the identification, order details, or payment information.

Orders will not be released without proper identity verification.

5. Delivery Policy & Proof of Fulfillment

All deliveries are handled exclusively by Jayden Flowers’ internal delivery team.

As proof of delivery, Jayden Flowers may collect:

• Recipient’s name

• Signature (digital or physical)

• Photographic evidence of the product at the delivery location

• GPS location of the driver

• Exact delivery date and time

Delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment, regardless of whether the recipient is the cardholder.

If no recipient is available:

• The order may be left in a secure location with photographic evidence, or

• The order may be returned to the store

A second delivery attempt may incur an additional delivery fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Recipient’s full name

• Correct delivery address

• Active phone number

• Clear delivery instructions

Jayden Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral products:

• Orders may only be canceled within 10 minutes of being placed

• Once an order enters preparation or has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Orders not collected

• Delivery refusals

• Incorrect customer-provided information

• Orders confirmed as delivered based on collected delivery evidence

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A verified error was made by Jayden Flowers, or

• The product arrives damaged and is reported within 1 hour of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence

By completing a purchase through Square or Stripe on our Ecwid store, the customer acknowledges that:

• Jayden Flowers collects order confirmations, identity verification, and delivery evidence

• This information may be submitted to financial institutions in the event of a chargeback

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting the business for resolution may be considered misuse

Jayden Flowers reserves the right to refuse future service to customers with unjustified chargebacks.
